General Shipping Information
We offer standard domestic shipping within Australia, as well as international shipping to New Zealand. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. For detailed information on shipping options, rates, and restrictions, please refer to the appropriate sections below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders placed after 1:30 pm Australian Eastern Time on Friday will start processing the following week. If Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.
During promotional periods and holidays, processing may be delayed by 1-2 business days due to high order volume.

Australia Post has recently added a new policy requiring up to 7 working days for customs clearance on shipments to New Zealand. Please factor this into your delivery estimate.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For NZ orders, tracking will require manual entry of the tracking number on the Australia Post website, as no hyperlink is provided.
If you would like for your package to be left in a safe place, you will need to login to your Aus Post account and change the preferences for your package by including the tracking number. Otherwise, Aus Post and NZ Post for international deliveries will require a signature for delivery.
