How long will it take for my order to ship?Updated 9 days ago

We ship from Sydney within Australia, and to New Zealand via international Australia Post service. Excluding external territories. 

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to process, excluding weekends and holidays. Consider this when you are estimating your order delivery. 

Estimated Delivery time based on carrier:

Australian Orders

Australia Post standard delivery: 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays

Orders under $100 will be charged a reasonable shipping fee of $8.

New Zealand orders

Australia Post Standard International, delivered by New Zealand Post: 10-20 working days, excluding weekends and holidays

*All NZ orders have an approximate shipping charge of $14 NZD due to international shipping.

Australia Post has recently added a new policy that requires up to 7 working days for customs clearance on shipments to New Zealand. Please factor this in when estimating your delivery date. 

**Aus Post and NZ Post are currently experiencing delivery delays, as well there are extended delays in customs.**

**Due to a reduction in workforces, all delivery carriers are experiencing delays. RipSkirt Hawaii is unable to guarantee delivery within the timeframes listed above.**

**If an order is placed after 1:30pm Australian Eastern time on Friday, it will ship early the following week.**

You will receive an email with tracking info when your order has shipped. NZ orders do not have a hyperlink for the tracking and will have to manually enter the tracking number on the Australia Post website.
