Can I edit or cancel my order?

We ship from Sydney within Australia, and to New Zealand via international Australia Post service. Excluding external territories. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to process, excluding weekends and holidays. Consider this when you are estimating your order delivery. 

Estimated Delivery time based on carrier:
Australian Orders-Australia Post standard delivery: 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays

New Zealand orders-Australia Post Standard International, delivered by New Zealand Post: 10-20 working days, excluding weekends and holidays Australia Post has recently added a new policy which requires up to 7 working days for customs clearance on shipments to New Zealand. Please factor this in when estimating your delivery date.

How fast is your shipping?

Our return policy is 60-days from the date of purchase, as long as the items are unworn/unwashed/new with tags attached and in the original packaging. You can authorize your return or exchange through our return portal.

Sale items are returnable within 60 days of purchase, unworn and with the tags still attached. 

Exchanges and returns for a digital gift card are free! Returns for a refund are charged the shipping label cost which is deducted from the refund.

2. exchange for a different item
3. redeem your return for a RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card
4. return for a refund to your payment method

To authorize your return or exchange process, and receive a prepaid return shipping label, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/ Your order number begins with AUSNZ# and can be located in your order or shipping confirmation email, by logging into your RipSkirt account, or through the Track and Manage your order options in the chat and help center.

How do I return or exchange my order? 

To make an exchange for a new item, different length RipSkirt, or different print, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/
Enter your Order Number and Zip Code 
Choose which Item to return 
You will be asked a few questions about why you are returning your purchase
Click "return item"
You will then be taken back to your entire order where you can either add another product to return/exchange, or select "Continue with Return" 
Please select "Apply your credit $ to a new order" and you will be directed to our website where you can pick out a new item and pay any price difference if necessary. Discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order. 
After you have added the desired item/s to your cart, click "check out."
You will be directed back to your return and you can enter your credit card number if a payment is due and click "submit return." If no amount is due, proceed with submitting your return. If a refund is due, select refund type: store credit or payment method, then submit return.
When you are finished you will be prompted to print a free return shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, you can show the QR code on the label at the post office and they will print it for you. Please use a lightweight mailer or reuse the mailer in which your order arrived because our return labels are weight sensitive.
