What is your "Return to Sender" policy?Updated 8 months ago

When an order is marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, our policy is to refund the order. We ask that the customer place a new order with any address changes needed. 

If the address entered at check out was correct, we recommend contacting the local shipping carrier office to inquire why the package wasn't delivered and was returned to sender.
