Due to the fact that our headquarters are in the US, certain Australian customers, depending on their bank, are being charged a small international fee by their bank, even when the transaction is conducted using local currency. This fee is determined by your bank's policies and is not controlled by Ripskirt Hawaii. As these fees are imposed by banks or credit card issuers, we are unable to refund this charge.

To avoid international transaction fees, we recommend using a bank or credit card that does not charge such fees. We now offer Afterpay as a payment method that processes payments through an Australian bank, ensuring no international fees for future orders when using Afterpay.
