How do I exchange for a different item, length, or print?Updated 20 days ago

To make an exchange for a new item, different length RipSkirt, or different print/colour item, visit our returns portal here.

How it works:

1. Add details about your return reason.
2. When prompted with an exchange suggestion, click No thanks.
3. On the next screen, either select one of the suggested items, or click No thanks again to browse more product options.
4. Click Continue, then select Shop Now return option.
5. Use the search bar or scroll to find your new item(s) — you can add more than one.
6. Once added to your cart, click Checkout to complete your return.
7. Upon completion of your return/exchange, you can download your return shipping label or QR code on the final page of your return submission. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the return label and QR code to download at a later time. 

*This method also applies if you’d like to purchase additional items along with your exchange, or if you’re exchanging for a new size and want to add another item to your order.

Please note: items purchased during a sale or with a discount code will only receive the same discounted price when exchanged for the same item in a new size.
