How do I exchange my gift?Updated 3 months ago

To Authorize your gift return or exchange, and receive a prepaid return shipping label, visit our gift return portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/gift

Our return policy is 60-days, as long as the items are unworn/unwashed/new with tags attached and in the original packaging.  

Enter the order number, original shipping postal code, and the email and shipping address where you'd like your order sent. Then, select the items you'd like to return or exchange.

You have the following options:

  1. Exchange for a new size
  2. Exchange for a new item
  3. Redeem for a digital gift card to use on a future order

Exchanges can only be processed if the return is mailed using the prepaid USPS return label we provide.

Your digital gift card will be emailed within a few days after the prepaid return shipping label is scanned at the post office. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders as well.

Upon completion of your return/exchange, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to access and print your return label if you need to do so at a later time.

Please ship your return in the original mailer or your own lightweight packaging as our labels are weight-sensitive.

*New Zealand customers will be asked to ship their return back with their own shipping label. Our apologies that our returns portal doesn't support cross-border shipping labels.*
