How do I make a return or exchange?Updated 13 days ago

Our return policy is 60 days from the purchase date. In order to receive a full refund, the items must be sent back within the 60 day return timeframe unworn/unwashed/new with tags attached in the original packaging. With the exception of final sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges and returns for a digital gift card are free! Items returned for a refund are charged the shipping label cost which is deducted from the refund, including if combined with an exchange and the return for a refund value is higher than the exchange item. 

To authorize your return or exchange process, and receive a prepaid return shipping label, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/ Your order number begins with AUSNZ# and can be located in your order or shipping confirmation email, by logging into your RipSkirt account, or through the Track and Manage your order options in the chat and help center.

Items from the same order should be processed in the same return to save on shipping labels. 

If you have multiple orders you will need to complete a request for each order and mail back separately because our return labels are weight sensitive. However, multiple items from the same order should be processed in one return and shipped back with one return shipping label provided. 

Your return / exchange options are as follows: 

  1. You can exchange your item for another size of the same item by selecting “exchange for a new size.” Your exchange will process within a few days after the return shipping label is scanned at your return at Australia Post. Exchanges can only be processed if the return is mailed using the prepaid return label that we provide. Exchanges for a new size are free. 
  2. You can exchange your item for any other item including a different length or different print by selecting the “return the item" option. You will then be taken back to your entire order where you can either add another product to return/exchange, or select "Continue with Return." Next select "Shop Now" and you will be directed to our website where you can pick out a new item and pay any price difference if necessary. Discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order. You will be directed to our website to choose your new item. Your exchange will ship shortly after you drop off your return at the Australia Post post office. Exchanges can only be processed if the return is mailed using the prepaid return label that we provide. Discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order. 
  3. You can choose to redeem your return for a RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card. Your digital gift card will be emailed to you within a few days after the return shipping label is scanned at your local Australia Post office. Please check your spam and promotions email folders as well. The RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card is valid for 2 years. Returns for a digital gift card are free.
  4. You can choose to return for a refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as your return is received at our returns center. Items returned for a refund are charged the shipping label cost that is deducted from the refund. The cost of the return shipping label is based on the weight of the items returned and is calculated at the time of choosing the return payment method, a refund or store credit, when authorizing the return through our returns portal. Please note that we don't refund shipping charges. 

If you aren't able to print the prepaid return label when you complete the return, a confirmation email is sent to you with a link/button to access the return label for downloading and printing later.

Please ship your return back in the original mailer or your own light weight packaging. Our return labels are weight sensitive.

If the return is not authorized through our return portal, a tracking number is required as proof of the return.

*New Zealand customers will be asked to ship their return back with their own shipping label. Our apologies that our returns portal doesn't support cross-border shipping labels. Your refund, store credit or exchange will be processed when we receive your return. A tracking number is required as proof of the return.*
