How do I exchange for a different item, length, or print?Updated 2 months ago

To make an exchange for a new item, different length RipSkirt, or different print/color, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/

  1. Enter your Order Number(Begins with AUSNZ#) and Post Code. Your order number can be found in your order or shipping confirmation email, by logging into your RipSkirt account, or through the Track and Manage Your Order options in the chat and Help Center.
  2. Choose the item to return and answer a few questions about the reason you are returning it.
  3. Choose "Shop for something new" from the three options presented. This allows you to select the new item and purchase additional items if desired.
  4. You will be taken to the RipSkirt website to browse and select the desired product for your exchange. Once you’ve chosen your new item, you’ll be given the option to either Checkout or Select More Items to Return. *Please note that discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order.
    • If you have more items to return or exchange, you’ll be directed back to your return to add them. Once you’ve selected all items and desired outcomes, click "Continue with return."
  5. On the return summary page, review all items being returned and any new items being exchanged. Then: 
    • If you owe a balance for the exchange or new items: Enter your credit card details, including expiration date, CVV, and zip code.
    • If a refund is owed: Choose your refund type—digital gift card or original payment method.
    • Accept the return policy to submit your return. *You must accept the return policy and enter all credit card information if payment is required (expiration date, CVS, zip code) before the submit return button will become active. 
  6. Once complete, you’ll be prompted to print a free Australia Post return shipping label. If printing isn’t possible, show the QR code at the post office, and they will print it for you. Please reuse the original mailer or use your own lightweight mailer, as our return labels are weight-sensitive.

Please note: items purchased during a sale or with a discount code will only receive the same discounted price when exchanged for the same item in a new size. *The 'Shop for something new' option is turned off during sales, and you will need to wait for the end of the sale.*


*New Zealand customers will be asked to ship their return back with their own shipping label. Our apologies that our returns portal doesn't support cross-border shipping labels. Your refund, store credit or exchange will be processed when we receive your return. A tracking number is required as proof of the return.*
