How do I make an exchange for a new item, including different print and length?Updated 2 months ago

To make an exchange for a new item, different length RipSkirt, or different print, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com.au/#/

  1. Enter your Order Number and Zip Code. Your order number begins with AUSNZ# and can be located in your order or shipping confirmation email, by logging into your RipSkirt account, or through the Track and Manage your order options in the chat and help center.
  2. Choose which Item to return 
  3. You will be asked a few questions about why you are returning your purchase
  4. Click "return item"
  5. You will then be taken back to your entire order where you can either add another product to return/exchange, or select "Continue with Return" 
  6. Please select "Apply your credit $ to a new order" and you will be directed to our website where you can pick out a new item and pay any price difference if necessary. Discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order. 
  7. After you have added the desired item/s to your cart, click "check out."
  8. You will be directed back to your return and you can enter your credit card number if a payment is due and click "submit return." If no amount is due, proceed with submitting your return. If a refund is due, select refund type: store credit or payment method, then submit return.
  9. When you are finished you will be prompted to print a free return shipping label. If you are unable to print the label, you can show the QR code on the label at the post office and they will print it for you. Please use a lightweight mailer or reuse the mailer in which your order arrived because our return labels are weight sensitive.

*New Zealand customers will be asked to ship their return back with their own shipping label. Our apologies that our returns portal doesn't support cross-border shipping labels. Your refund, store credit or exchange will be processed when we receive your return. A tracking number is required as proof of the return.*
