WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES? 


Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase for unwashed, unworn, undamaged, non-final sale items, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You can authorize a return in our returns portal here.


When you opt-in for checkout+ coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for FREE. If you opt out of the checkout + coverage, returns for a refund are subject to a return shipping fee. Exchanges and returns for a store credit are always free. More details here.
Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable. 


Final sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Please view the Product Description Page for details on an item's return eligibility. If final sale, it will clearly say under the Add to Cart button "Final Sale, No returns or exchanges allowed.You can read our final sale policy here.


Refunds

When you opt-in for checkout+ coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for store credit or unlimited exchanges for FREE. If you don't purchase checkout+ coverage when placing your order, returns for a refund are charged the shipping label cost based on the weight of the returned items and is charged when a return is authorized. 
You can authorize a return here. You have the option to either print the prepaid return label yourself or have the label printed for you at selected Australia Post Offices by showing the QR code.


Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and you'll receive a confirmation email! Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. 


Return for digital gift card

Returns for store credit in the form of a RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card are free. You can arrange a return here. Once you drop off your returned item using our prepaid return label at your local Australia Post and the label is scanned as received, you'll receive a RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card code for the full amount via email. This code is valid for 2 years and can be used at checkout on a new order. Remember to check your spam and promotions email folders for the digital gift card email if you don't see it in your inbox.


Exchanges

Exchanges are free. To "Exchange for a new size" head here. Click through the return process and select your new size. If you don't see the size you were looking for, it's unfortunately out of stock at this time. You can grab a different color or request a store credit.


To exchange for a different length, colour, or print:

  1. Add details about your return reason.
  2. When prompted with an exchange suggestion, click No thanks.
  3. On the next screen, either select one of the suggested items, or click No thanks again to browse more product options.
  4. Click Continue, then select Shop Now.
  5. Use the search bar or scroll to find your new item(s) — you can add more than one.
  6. Once added to your cart, click Checkout to complete your return.

*Please note, items purchased during a sale or with a discount code will only receive the same discounted price when exchanged for the same item in a new size. 


*If you need to edit your return or exchange, contact us before you ship your return.*


Return Policy Terms

Customers must accept the return policy terms before submitting a return. Please review and agree to our return policy terms to complete your return. By accepting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined.


How do I send my items back?

Upon completion of your return/exchange, you can download your return shipping label or QR code on the final page of your return submission. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the return label and QR code to download at a later time. 


Please use the original packaging it arrived in, or any plain, lightweight mailer.


*We ask that you refrain from combining returns from multiple orders into a single package. If you received two separate return shipping labels, please send back the items in separate mailers. 


-If the return is not authorized through our returns portal, a tracking number is required as proof of the return. RipSkirt Hawaii is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.


-If you return your items outside of the return policy, you will not receive a refund. 


-RipSkirt Hawaii is not responsible for non-RipSkirt items returned or items that do not comply with our return policy.


What if I closed my card/bank for my refund?

Currently, we can only issue a refund back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will be processed back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we ask you reach out to your bank for further assistance.


Returning a damaged or incorrect item?

If you've received an item you believe has a production mistake or an incorrect item, please email/chat with us as soon as possible before starting a return/exchange.
