Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse and once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund. There can be delays in processing returns because we receive the returns in bulk shipments from Australia Post.
From there it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or return fees.
If it has been more than 14 business days since you mailed back your return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into it for you.
*For returns from New Zealand, please provide the tracking number you purchased for shipping the item/s back. This will help us confirm that we’ve received it and process your refund. Keep in mind, returns arrive in bulk shipments from Aus Post, so it can take some time to sort through and review them. We will issue your refund as soon as we receive notification from our Australia fulfillment team that the return was received.
