Returns and Exchanges for New Zealand Customers

We offer the same return and exchange options for unwashed, unworn, undamaged, non-final sale items, with tags attached and in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

How do I start my Return or Exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please utilize our returns portal. This ensures that your request is tied and processed within our system. You can read more about your return options here. Once you've completed the return process in the portal, you'll be provided with our return address.

How do I send my items back?

As a New Zealand customer, you'll need to purchase your own return label with tracking for proof of return, as our returns portal does not support cross-border shipping labels. Please include a note with your order number or mark it clearly on the outside of the package.

Want to speed up your exchange or gift card order?

Simply reach out to us with the tracking number after purchasing the return label. Once we confirm through tracking that the return is en route, we can manually process the exchange, saving you time instead of waiting for it to reach our warehouse.
